It is wonderful experience to visit Hangzhou when the climate is temperate and flowers are in blossoms, especially peach blossoms on Su Causeway. But it rains frequently in spring. Autumn is another good option when it is mild and less rainy. And there will be festivities held in West Lake area during Chinese Mid-autumn Festival holiday (around late September).
