A chauffeur will pick you up at Shanghai airport and then drive you to Hangzhou. It takes around 3 hours to get there. Meet the local guide and check in hotel.

After your breakfast in hotel, the tour guide will meet you in the hotel. And then you will start you Hangzhou full-day sightseeing. Today’s highlights in Hangzhou include: the picturesque West Lake (including boat cruising on the lake), Viewing Fish at Flower Harbor, Dragon Well Tea, Six Harmonies Pagoda and Chinese Medicine Museum.
- West Lake: An old saying: “There is heaven above and Su-Hang below.” West Lake is the most beautiful and famous place in Hangzhou. Hangzhou’s fame is largely due to the picturesque West Lake. Lying in the west of the city and surrounded by hills on three sides, the West Lake is 3.2 kilometers from north to south and 2.8 kilometers from east to west with a circumference of 15 kilometers
- Flower Harbor: The Flower Harbor Park (Huagang Park) lies at the southern end of the Su Causeway, against the West Hill, and has an area of 20 hectares. In the park there are four sections, the Peony Yard, the Red Fish Pool, the Thick Forest Zone and the New Flower Harbor. In the Peony Yard there are more than 800 species of peony, the Red Fish Pool is full of flowers and plants, with fish playing in the water and breeze bringing petals every where, thus presenting a poetic scene of "flowers touching the fish and the fish kissing the flowers".
- Dragon Well Tea: Hangzhou is famous for its high-quality tea, besides the well-known West Lake. You have the chance to visit a tea plantation and taste some tea if you like.
- Six Harmonies Pagoda: Located on the Yuelun Hill besides Qiantang River in Hangzhou, Six Harmonies Pagoda was built by King of Wuyu to ward off Qiantang bore. As high as 59.89 meters, this grand pagoda has 7 sides and 8 stories. Looked down from the top, all Qiantang River beauty is bird viewed. Now near Six Harmonies Pagoda, a Garden of Chinese Ancient Pagodas with more than 100 pagodas and towers in various dynasties has been constructed to display Chinese pagoda culture.
- Hu Qing Yu Tang Museum: Hu Qing Yu Tang Museum of Traditional Chinese Medicines. Located at the foot of Wushan hill in the beautiful city of Hangzhou, is the only state-level professional one in China ,Built on the foundation of a group of old buildings of Hu Qing Yu Tang raditional Chinese Pharmaceutical Factory, the museum presents to visitors a style of antique architecture besides a treasury of traditional Chinese medical science and technology .

After breakfast you will be driven to Ningbo, a city around 90-minute driving from Hangzhou. The local escort will guide you to visit Asoka Temple and the Moon Lake.

- Asoka Temple: Firstly built in 425 of the South Dynasty, it is the only ancient temple dedicated to King Asoka. The temple has been one of the holy Buddhist temples in China since the Song Dynasty and well known for the role it played in the popularity of Buddhism in East Asia.
- Moon Lake: According to historical records, the Moon Lake was first excavated in 636 of the Tang Dynasty (618-907).A large number of old constructions, such as the Baokui Lane, the Grand Fangyue Residence, the Flower and Fruits Garden Shrine, the He Memorial Temple, the Chaoran Pavilion, and Yintaidi Official Residence, are kept as ever after the renovation and restoration; they either set off one another in the fragrant grass and green trees, or scatter besides pavilions and terraces on the water.

Drive to Mt. Putuo in the morning (around  60-minute driving). Meet the local guide upon arrival. With his/her escort you will start your exploration of this beautiful place. First of all you will visit Puji Temple, Zi Zhu Lin (Purple Bamboo Forest) and the Statue of Guan Yin. In the afternoon the local guide will help you check in a comfortable hotel and have a good rest.
- Putji Temple： It is a significant tourist attraction in Putuo area. Built in 916, it has gone through many destructions and re-constructions. Now it still enjoys high fame during both tourists and Buddhists.
- Zi Zhu Lin: A small hill nearby Putuo Temple, it was where the 20-meter statue of Guan Yin stands on. The rocks on the mountain are purple in color and many people plant purple bamboo on it, hence the name. On the hill there was a small monastery named Bu Ken Qu Guan Yin Yuan (Unwilling-to-go Guanyin Monastery). Its name comes from a ancient legend. A Japanese monk got a statue of Guanyin from Mt. Wutai, and wanted to take it to Japan. But he met a storm when he arrived at Zi Zhu Lin. He assumed that it was the hint that Guanyin wouldn’t like to go to Japan with him. So he built a monastery on the hill and named Unwilling-to-go Guanyin Monastery.

After your breakfast in hotel, the tour guide will meet you at around 9am in your hotel lobby. This morning, you will visit Fayu Temple, one of the three major temples in Mt. Putuo. After lunch you will be driven back to your Shanghai hotel/apartment. The local guide will help you check in your Shanghai hotel. Free for the rest of the day.
- Fayu Temple: Originally built in 1580, it was a national key Buddhist temple designated by the State Council. The temple has a land area of 33,000 m2. It comprises of 294 halls and rooms, with a building area of 9,300 m2..

Full-day sightseeing of this metropolis after breakfast in hotel. With the escort of the tour guide, today you will visit City God Temple, Xintiandi, Oriental Pearl TV Tower, Nanjing Road, the Bund, Huangpu River (including cruising on the river).
After dinner you will attend an acrobatic show in Shanghai Circus. Transfer to your hotel after the performance.
- City God Temple: The City God Temple of Shanghai is a temple in the old city of Shanghai, China, and is today the central feature of a large retail and entertainment district. It originated as the Jinshan God Temple, dedicated to the spirit of Jinshan, or "Gold Mountain", an island off the coast of Shanghai. It was converted into a City God Temple in 1403, during the Yongle era of the Ming dynasty.
- Xin Tian Di Entertainment Complex: It is a state-of-the-art warren of upscale shops, bars and restaurants based on the theme of "where old meets new". Here you find the oddly complimentary combination of the traditional houses of old Shanghai (the 'Shikumen') hosting ultra modern restaurants, bars and shops. The exterior of these shikumen style houses of 1920's Shanghai have been tastefully restored, whilst inside they have been fully renovated to accommodate the tastes of the modern Westerner.
- Oriental Pearl TV Tower: Standing by the Huangpu River with a height of 468 meters high, Oriental Pearl TV Tower is the highest TV Tower in Asia (up to the last floor to see Shanghai scenery).It is a new landmark of Shanghai in 21st century.
- Nanjing Road: Shanghai's main shopping street, enjoying the fame as "the No.1 commercial street of China", also it is one of the most prosperous streets in Asia.
- The Bund: Also called the Zhongshan Road, it is a famous waterfront and regarded as the symbol of Shanghai for hundreds of years, winding a 1500 meters (less than one mile) length. Walking along the Bund, which is at the west shore of the Huangpu River, the Oriental Pearl TV Tower can be seen on the opposite side and also the Jin Mao Tower.Being one of the Top Ten Shanghai Attractions, the Bund is a really beautiful and special place which is worth visiting. On the western side of Zhongyi Dongyi Road stand 52 buildings, showing various Chinese and foreign architectural styles, hence the name of  “World Architecture Exposition in Modern Times”
- Cruising on Huangpu River：Huangpu River, yellow in color and ice-free all the year round, is 14 kilometers long, and averages 400 meters wide and 9 meters deep. On a starry night, cruising on the river, you can see the stately row of buildings at the Bund. This quintessential example of multi-national architecture gives off an aura of color, painting the night skyline. The splendid array of structures resembles misty ice palaces in a riot of colors-golden yellow, pure white and aquamarine blue. Constantly changing colors mesmerize its visitors and lure them to linger even longer.
