Expo attracts media attention

Three reporters and cameramen from Doordarshan TV station, India's state-owned broadcaster, today received a full briefing about World Expo 2010 and its progress.

They interviewed staff at the Bureau of Shanghai World Expo Coordination and visited the exhibition hall as well as getting a bird's eye view of the Expo Site from the top of the building.
Mazhar Mahmood, program director of the station, said he was fascinated by the Expo.
The media delegation took in Expo as part of its visit to China to report on the nation's 30-year development since the reform and opening-up policy was initiated.
Several visiting media groups from developing countries such as Argentina, Columbia, Egypt and Zambia have visited the Expo Bureau.
