We are planning to visit HK at the end of the month and we wish to visit Shanghai for a day or two.
1. how we get from HG to Shanghai fast and cheap? (how long does it take?)
2. any good shop recommendations (clothes & electronics) as we know is shopping paradise there.

The best way is to fly from HK to Shanghai. You may try to get a discount flight ticket. It takes 135-150 minutes.

We had just been to china a week back, there's a shopping place below the science and technology building in Shnaghai, theres good shopping there and you can bargain as well. And u can consider flying from HK to shanghai.
