i wish to visit taiwan this year for travelling, enjoying food and shopping. Since tis is the first time , k would to seek some advice on when is the best weather to visit... I do have plan tnat wish to going on either end of august or end of december??? Pls advice me the temperature and is itthe best time for visit??

From October to April the next year is the best time to visit Taiwan with a pleasant weather condition. Agust is the typhoon season period in Taiwan with a lot of rainfall. Thus you can go to Taiwan in December.
