Time would be the main concerns. Shanghai Pudong International Airport is around 45-minute driving from Shanghai city centre. And taking the traffic condition, it usually takes more than one hour to drive to the city. And also you need to think about the reasonable time to exit the airport and go through customs which also usually takes around one hour.
